Technology advances to the pace of society, we have evolved from Web 1.0, to 2.0 and now we face a reality as is Web 3.0.
We can define Web 3.0 as the web of time and space; in addition we must say that it is a semantic or intelligent web that will allow us to organize the search for information and content of the same through intimate connections between the real world and the web. So the content will be recognized in context.

The Web 3.0 shows us some support tools in training, especially in developing distance learning, allowing develop environments that simulate classrooms, laboratories, class sessions and even college plans.
In this way some of the characteristics that Web 3.0 shows us and that favor the training process are:

*Hypertext allowing the student to construct the meaning of the direction that he considers attractive.
*Multimedia capability allows the exchange of documents in different formats.
*The possibility of forming collaborative working groups.
*The tools and services that facilitate communication such as forums, email, chat, etc.



It is also worth mentioning a new concept called Immersive Formation. It is a learning platform that combines interactive 3D graphics, video games, simulation, and virtual reality, voice over IP / VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), webcams, digital media and online classrooms.

Probably, we can apply the computer science in tasks that today present a certain difficulty as the diagnostic evaluation, formative evaluation, intelligent tutorials, etc., and thanks to the increase of the benefits of the computer applications sooner or later allow us to be able to apply paradigms based on learning at a reasonable cost.
